5. Prenatal and Postnatal Clients

5.1. First Trimester Policy:
We do not accept clients in their first trimester of pregnancy for Reformer Pilates classes. If you are pregnant, please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, and be sure to follow their guidance.

We welcome clients who are in their second or third trimester. However, you can only attend the specified pre-natal classes.

5.3. Postnatal Clients:
Postnatal clients must have clearance from a healthcare provider before returning to Reformer Pilates classes. We recommend waiting at least six weeks after childbirth (for vaginal deliveries) or eight weeks (for caesarean deliveries) before resuming Pilates classes, but please consult with your doctor for personal recommendations.

5.4. Individualised Modifications:
Pregnant and postnatal clients will receive modifications and guidance to ensure safety during their sessions. If you are ever unsure about any exercise, please consult your instructor.

6.1. Studio Etiquette:
Please be respectful of fellow clients and staff. Avoid talking during class, ensure your mobile phone is on silent, and refrain from using fragrances that could cause discomfort to others.

Clients must be properly trained or instructed before using Reformer Pilates equipment. If you're new, we recommend taking an introductory class. Equipment must be cleaned after each use with the cleaning supplies provided by the studio.
